Account — Registration & Login

Go to the Register page, enter your Pakistani mobile number in the +92 format, choose a secure password, and confirm your details. A verification code will be sent to your mobile number — enter it to activate your account. Once verified, you can log in immediately and start exploring the platform. Make sure the mobile number you provide is one you have regular access to, as it is also used for account recovery and payment verification.

On the login screen, use the account recovery option. Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your PKWin account and a verification code will be sent to your phone. Once you confirm the code, you can set a new password immediately. If you no longer have access to your registered mobile number, contact PKWin support via live chat inside the platform — the team will guide you through a manual identity verification process to restore access safely.

No. PKWin operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Each member may hold only one registered account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of the Terms and Conditions and may result in both accounts being suspended and any associated balance being forfeited. If you believe your original account has been compromised or you cannot access it for any reason, contact support directly — they will help you regain access rather than you needing to register again.

PKWin is strictly an adults-only platform. The minimum age to register and use any part of the platform is 18 years. By completing registration, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. PKWin reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to confirm a member's age, and accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be closed immediately.

Yes. You can update your contact details from the account settings section once you are logged in. For security reasons, changing a mobile number requires verifying both your old and new number. If you have already lost access to the old number, contact support with a valid identity document and they will assist with the update manually. Keeping your contact details current is important because they are used for payment verification and account recovery.
Deposits — Adding PKR to Your Balance

PKWin supports a range of PKR payment options popular across Pakistan:

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are processed in real time — your PKR balance updates within a few seconds of you approving the transaction in your mobile wallet app. Raast transfers are also very fast and typically reflect within a minute. Bank transfers and card payments can take slightly longer depending on your bank, but most complete within the same business day. If a deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation from your wallet or bank and share it with PKWin support via live chat for a manual check.

PKWin has set a low minimum deposit threshold so that members can start playing without committing a large amount upfront. The exact minimum varies slightly by payment method and is displayed clearly on the deposit screen inside your account. Withdrawals — Cashing Out Your PKR

Log in to your account, go to the Withdrawal section of your dashboard, select your preferred payment method, and enter the PKR amount you wish to cash out. Confirm the request and the withdrawal enters the processing queue. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, the funds arrive in your wallet typically within a few hours. Bank transfer withdrawals usually complete within one to two business days. All withdrawals are sent back to the payment method registered in your own name — PKWin does not send funds to third-party accounts.

The most common reasons for a withdrawal delay are: the request is still within the normal processing window, your account verification is pending, or the payment details on file do not exactly match your wallet or bank account. You can check the status of your withdrawal in the Transaction History section of your account dashboard. If the status shows as processed but the funds have not arrived in your wallet or bank after 48 hours, contact PKWin support with your transaction reference number and they will investigate with the payment provider.

Yes, a minimum withdrawal threshold applies to prevent very small transactions that would incur disproportionate processing overhead. The minimum amount is displayed clearly on the withdrawal screen in your account. There is also a maximum daily withdrawal limit which is shown in the same location. If you need to withdraw an amount above the daily limit, you can split the request across multiple days or contact support to discuss options for larger cashouts.

If your withdrawal is still showing a "pending" status, you may be able to cancel it from the Transaction History screen before it moves to processing. Once a withdrawal has moved to the processing stage, it can no longer be reversed from the account dashboard. In that case, contact live chat support as soon as possible and they will check whether an intervention is still possible before the funds are dispatched.
Sports Betting — Cricket, PSL & More

PKWin's sports betting section covers cricket as the primary focus — including Pakistan Super League (PSL), international T20s, Test matches, and one-day internationals featuring the Pakistan national team. Live betting at PKWin lets you place wagers on a match while it is actively in progress. Odds update in real time based on what is happening on the field — a wicket falling, a big over, a run chase accelerating. You can bet on outcomes like the result of the next over, the next wicket, total runs at a checkpoint, or the overall match winner. Simply navigate to the Bet section during a live match, select the market you want, enter your PKR stake, and confirm. Settlement happens automatically once the relevant outcome is determined.

Winning bets are settled and credited to your PKR balance as soon as the official result is confirmed — usually within a few minutes of the match or market concluding. For live betting markets, individual mini-markets settle as soon as the specific event (next wicket, over total, etc.) is decided, so winnings can land in your balance during an ongoing match. If a result is delayed due to an official review, settlement is paused until the confirmed outcome is announced.

If a match is officially abandoned before a result can be determined — for example due to rain, weather, or other circumstances — most pre-match bets are voided and your PKR stake is returned to your balance in full. For matches where a reduced-overs result is declared via the DLS method, bets are typically settled based on that official result. Specific rules for each market type are available in the Terms and Conditions section of your account. When in doubt, live chat support can clarify how a specific market will be handled.
