PKWin Terms and Conditions — Rules for All Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of PKWin, accessible at pkwin.ml, including all subpages, game sections, betting markets, promotional areas, and account management features. By using any part of the PKWin platform, you enter into a binding agreement with PKWin under these terms.

PKWin may update these terms from time to time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. 02 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one active PKWin account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited regardless of the reason. If you forget your login details, use the account recovery option — do not create a new account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. Do not share your login details with anyone. PKWin will not be held responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to keep your credentials secure.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must provide a valid email address and mobile number that you own and control.
• Your registered name must match the name on the payment account you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not register on behalf of another person.
• You must not register if you have previously had a PKWin account closed for a breach of these terms.

PKWin reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any stage if it determines that these registration conditions have not been met.

03 Age Verification

PKWin is strictly an 18+ platform. This is not a guideline — it is a firm requirement with no exceptions. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that you are legally permitted to engage in online gaming as an adult in your jurisdiction.

PKWin may request documentary proof of age at any point — including at registration, before processing a first withdrawal, or at any other time at PKWin's discretion. Documents commonly used for age verification include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or driving licence. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, PKWin may place restrictions on your account including suspending withdrawal requests.

04 Deposits and Payments

All deposits into your PKWin account are made in PKR. PKWin supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits are typically credited to your PKWin balance within minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa transactions. Bank transfers and card payments may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. PKWin is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

• You may only deposit using payment accounts or cards that are registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are not permitted under any circumstances.
• PKWin may set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which are displayed on the deposit page.
• PKWin does not charge a fee for deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your gaming balance and used in play.

PKWin reserves the right to carry out additional checks on large deposits or deposits that appear unusual. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any accusation against the player.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR balance at any time through the withdrawal section of your account. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. PKWin uses this approach as part of its anti-money laundering controls.

JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of the request being approved. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day depending on the receiving bank. PKWin aims to process all withdrawal requests promptly, but processing times can occasionally extend during peak periods or when verification is required.

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page and may vary by payment method.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in your own name — no third-party withdrawals are permitted.
• PKWin reserves the right to request identity documents before processing any withdrawal.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

PKWin offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that are stated on the relevant promotion page. The general principles that apply to all PKWin bonuses are set out in this section.

Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or the bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the promotion) must be staked before a withdrawal can be made. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place a total of PKR 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Only after wagering requirements are met does the bonus amount transfer to your withdrawable balance.
• Bonuses may have an expiry period — if wagering requirements are not met before expiry, the bonus and any winnings from it are voided.
• Each bonus promotion may only be claimed once per player, per household, and per device.
• PKWin reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of wagering completion.

07 Gaming Rules

PKWin offers a range of game categories including slot games, live casino, casino table games, and fish games. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. By placing a bet in any game, you accept the rules of that specific game as well as these general Terms and Conditions.

Game outcomes at PKWin are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) for non-live games, and by real dealer outcomes for live casino games. PKWin does not manipulate game results. The return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each slot game is displayed in the game information panel.

• Bets are final once confirmed — a bet cannot be cancelled or amended after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical failure during a game round, PKWin will attempt to reconstruct the game state from its logs. If reconstruction is not possible, the bet amount will be returned to the player's balance.
• PKWin reserves the right to void bets if a technical error materially affects the outcome of a game round.
• Winnings from games are credited to your PKWin balance immediately upon the conclusion of the game round.

08 Sports Betting Rules

PKWin's sports betting section covers Cricket including Pakistan Super League (PSL) matches, T20 international series, Test cricket, Football, Esports, and other sports as available. Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placing. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed — the odds shown on your bet confirmation slip are the odds that apply to your bet.

Live in-play betting is available for selected matches. In-play odds change rapidly to reflect the current state of the match. Once a live bet is confirmed, the odds at confirmation are locked in. PKWin does not accept responsibility for betting decisions made based on live match data that may be subject to broadcast delay.

• All sports bets are settled in PKR.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed or not completed, bets will be settled according to PKWin's sport-specific settlement rules — these are available in the sports betting section.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed on the betting slip before confirmation.
• PKWin reserves the right to limit maximum winnings on any single bet or combination of bets.
• Obvious pricing errors in odds will be corrected and affected bets may be voided or resettled at the correct price.
• PSL and international cricket markets are governed by the same settlement rules as all other cricket markets on the platform.

09 Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

PKWin is committed to a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical aid to place bets or play games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of an error are not valid and will be voided.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Attempting to launder money through PKWin deposits and withdrawals.
• Providing false information during registration or verification.
• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's account.
• Placing bets using insider knowledge of match-fixing or any pre-arranged outcome.
• Any form of fraud, including the use of stolen payment cards or fraudulent identity documents.

PKWin monitors accounts and gaming activity on an ongoing basis. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, PKWin will suspend the account, investigate, and apply appropriate action including permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

PKWin reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or where required to comply with fraud prevention obligations or applicable laws.

You may close your PKWin account at any time by contacting support. Before closing, ensure any pending withdrawals have been processed. Any remaining PKR balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to your verified payment account within a reasonable timeframe.

• Accounts closed due to a breach of these terms may have balances forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.
• Self-exclusion requests will be treated as account closures for responsible gaming purposes and are processed promptly.
• PKWin may close inactive accounts after a prolonged period of no activity. Any balance in an inactive account will be held and returned upon your verified request.

11 Privacy and Data

By registering a PKWin account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. 12 Responsible Gaming

PKWin is an entertainment platform. All gaming activity at PKWin should be approached as a leisure activity with a personal PKR budget set aside specifically for entertainment. Gaming should never be used as a means to generate income, to recover previous losses, or to fund everyday expenses.

PKWin provides the following self-management tools, accessible through your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit cap. Once set, the limit is enforced automatically until you request a change — any increase to a limit takes effect after a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time-based alert that notifies you after a chosen period of play. The reminder does not interrupt an active game — it appears between rounds.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period. During a cooling-off period, you cannot log in, deposit, or place bets. The period cannot be shortened once set.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel you need to stop gaming entirely. Self-exclusion is a serious step and PKWin will honour it without question.

13 Limitation of Liability

PKWin provides the platform and its services on an "as available" basis. While PKWin makes every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates continuously and correctly, it cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKWin's liability to any player in connection with these Terms and Conditions, the use of the platform, or any game or betting outcome is limited to the amount of the player's deposited balance held at the time the relevant issue arose. PKWin is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss arising from reliance on information displayed on the platform.

• PKWin is not responsible for internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party network problems that affect your ability to access the platform or complete a transaction.
• PKWin is not liable for losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

14 Changes to These Terms
